Penang PC Fair 2006

Went to PC Fair yesterday. Here's my haul:

Left to right:

  • Sakure Tripod. (Freebie)
  • Kingston 1GB Compact Flash memory card. (Freebie)
  • Canon EF 90-300mm f/4.5-5.6 USM lens. (Freebie)
  • Kingston 1GB Data Traveller thumbdrive.
  • 3M microfibre lens cleaning cloth. (Freebie)
  • Canon camera backpack (Freebie)
  • Err................................... Hehee.... Comments? ^_^

Not pictured:

  • Printing vouchers from Lam Loong Photo House. (Freebie)

Bumped into Kevinder at the fair, and apparently he's looking for a camera too. I don't know what's he ended up buying, but he seems to be aiming for something a little more serious than your average digicam (although not necessarily dSLR, but who knows?)

Now, please excuse me. I have an exam tomorrow.

Tagged again!

I'd swear! Next time I see a survey, I'd turn away before I read the "I tag....." part. Then again, I'm too "kepo" to resist. Hehee......

  1. Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, and find line 4.
"Ideas about inheritance from Darwin's time could not explain how inherited variations are maintained in populations."
  2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can.
    Ok... now what?
  3. What is the last thing you watched on TV?
Mythbusters. But that's well over 2 weeks ago.
  4. Without looking, guess what time it is:
    1830 hours
  5. Now look at the clock. What is the actual time?
    Crap! Its 1818 hours.
  6. With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?
The dreadful hum of the cybercafe's air conditioning. I'm freezing. All heating engineers go to hell.
  7. When did you last step outside? What were you doing?
Er... I'm still outside. Away from my dear bed.
  8. Before you started this survey, what did you look at?
    My bio lab manual.
  9. What are you wearing?
Black T-shirt with colar, beige cargo pants, belt with MP3 player and camera pouch hanging on it, white socks, shoes that people might mistake for something from Camel (It's a Bata actually). I shall not say what I wear underneeth. Use your imagination. (On second thought, don't do that either).
  10. Did you dream last night?
No, I sleep so soundly that corpses envy me.
  11. When did you last laugh?
When chatting with some friends over MSN, moments ago.
  12. What is on the walls of the room you are in?
A green sign that reads "Please put your plate, cup, fork and spoon here"
  13. Seen anything weird lately?
A girl who smells like a hair saloon.
  14. What do you think of this quiz?
    Procrastinator's paradise.
  15. What is the last film you saw?
  16. If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy?
Keep cash to study all the way to PhD. in the bank. Buy some fancy cameras lenses, flash, tripods, monopods, CF cards, ect. Buy my own observotory on a hilltop and a VTOL aircraft (can fly over traffic jams and rude drivers too) to reach it. Give away some to my parents. Keep another million or two in the bank. Donate the rest.
  17. Tell me something about you that I don't know:
I used to have a very nasty temper. That explains why there's a hole in my bedroom wall (No joke). Now? Tame as a lamb. Girls bully me. (No joke here either).
  18. If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?
Change it such that I can make more than 1 change. This world needs a serious overhaul.
  19. Do you like to dance?
  20. George Bush:
Doesn't know how to use a pair of binoculars.
  21. Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?
Name her? I'd never even thought I'd ever get married!
  22. Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?
    Please refer to #21
  23. Would you ever consider living abroad?
While my parents build a house by a golf course? Never! :p

I'd tag whichever poor soul who haven't done this yet :p
